How much cannabis can you buy at a dispensary in New York? Guide to purchase limits for flower, edibles, concentrates, and more.

How much cannabis can you buy at a New York dispensary? Current purchase limits explained.

New York's purchase limits at licensed dispensaries are designed to prevent diversion while allowing reasonable personal-use quantities. Adults 21 and older can purchase up to 3 ounces of cannabis flower, up to 24 grams of concentrates, and a reasonable quantity of edible products per transaction. These limits are per visit and are tracked by the dispensary. There is no statewide tracking system between dispensaries, but individual stores maintain their own records. At Jungle Kingdom Flower, our budtenders can help you stay within limits while finding the right products.
